Worship

Worship is central to our identity here at First Presbyterian Church.  All of us--members, prospective members, and visitors- are gathered from many into one one body, the Church, to give thanks and praise to our living God.

       

Drawing on the richness of our Reformed tradition, we are renewed by the Word as it comes to us in liturgy, spoken and sung, and in proclamation, prayer and sacrament.  From here we are sent out, transformed and equipped for common calling as Christ's faithful disciples. Worship informs all that we are and all that we do, and we are enriched by all who are led to participate with us.
